Unfortunately we have had to find an alternative venue for our 2026 Annual General Meeting after sudden closure of the Swans Nest Inn at Exminster, caused by severe flooding.
Our AGM will now be held on MONDAY 16th MARCH 2026 at the (Brend Group) DEVON HOTEL, Matford Lane, Matford, Exeter EX2 8XU. (Just off the Matford roundabout on the A379).
There is plenty of free parking and access will be available from 10.30am, with coffee, tea and biscuits served at 11am in THE REGENCY SUITE, followed by the AGM at 11.30am with Guest Speaker Stephen Powles at 12 noon.
The carvery lunch and dessert will be served at 1pm in their private Regency Suite.
We do hope members will be able to come along and join us for this important meeting.
