SIDMOUTH

With our successful July coffee morning at Powderham well attended , we turn our social events diary to August 27th 2026, for our summer theatre trip to the Manor Pavilion in Sidmouth to see the comedy play ‘OUTSIDE EDGE’ written by Richard Harris.
Set in a cricket pavilion, the play is about a village cricket team trying to win a game of cricket whilst sorting out their various marital problems! An afternoon’s cricket turns into utter chaos.
Tickets for this event (subsidised) will be priced at £12 for ESEC members. Booking forms for this event have now been issued with the Club’s July Newsletter. Please complete and return your booking form to Committee member Peter Johnson (address on form) or by email if preferred, as soon as possible, but no later than MONDAY 3rd AUGUST to secure your seats!
